Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Combine broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl whisk Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
  • Sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon over the top.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, chill the salad for 1–2 hours before serving.
