Equipment

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup castor oil
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup fresh aloe vera gel
  • 10 drops rosemary essential oil (optional)
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Scoop fresh aloe vera gel from the leaf and blend until smooth.
  • Combine coconut, castor, and olive oils in a pan and warm gently over low heat.
  • Add the blended aloe vera gel and stir continuously for 10–15 minutes until slightly golden.
  • Remove from heat, allow to cool, and add optional essential oils.
  • Strain the mixture and store in a clean glass container.

Notes

Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 2–4 weeks for best results.
