Bisquick baking mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Add cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and Bisquick mix to the eggs.
Stir until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
Great for meal prep and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
