Ingredients

all-purpose flour

whole wheat flour

water

milk

honey

olive oil

instant yeast

teaspoon
salt

tablespoons
oats for topping
Instructions
Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and instant yeast in a mixing bowl.
Add water, milk, honey, and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
Mix and knead the dough until smooth and soft.
Cover the dough and allow it to rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Brush the top lightly with milk or water and sprinkle oats over the loaf.
Let the loaf rise again for 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of oats into the dough before kneading.
