Instructions
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Optional: Sear pork chops 2–3 minutes per side in a hot skillet with oil.
Spread sliced onions evenly across the slow cooker bottom.
Whisk cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth until smooth.
Place pork chops on onions and pour mushroom mixture over them.
Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until pork reaches 145°F.
Serve pork chops with creamy mushroom sauce and onions.
Notes
Optional searing enhances flavor. Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, rice, or roasted vegetables.
