Ingredients

Instructions
Warm olive oil in a small pot over low heat without letting it simmer.
Add black peppercorns, garlic, cinnamon, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the oil.
Steep over low heat for 15–20 minutes, allowing flavors to infuse gently.
Remove from heat, cool slightly, and strain into a clean glass jar.
Use as a finishing oil for vegetables, bread, proteins, or salads.
Notes
Keep the heat low to prevent burning the spices. Store in a sealed jar for up to two weeks.
