condensed cream of mushroom soup

shredded Swiss cheese

onion, finely chopped

garlic, minced

dried thyme
Instructions
Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side.
In a slow cooker, combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, Swiss cheese, onion, garlic, and thyme. Stir well.
Place browned pork chops into the slow cooker and spoon sauce over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours until pork reaches 145°F and is tender.
Stir sauce before serving and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use thick-cut pork chops and cook on LOW for maximum tenderness. Gruyere may be substituted for Swiss cheese.
