Ingredients

  • 1 3-4 lb pork loin roast
  • 1 14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Instructions

  • Place the pork loin roast into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Stir together the cranberry sauce and onion soup mix until well combined.
  • Spoon the cranberry mixture over the pork, coating the top and sides.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours until the pork reaches 145°F internally.
  • Remove the pork and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and serve with warm cranberry sauce spooned over the top.

Notes

Cook on LOW for best texture. Let rest before slicing. Optional additions include rosemary, brown sugar, or red pepper flakes.
