Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
Pour the chicken broth around the edges of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the soup layer.
Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing mix.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped carrots or celery before layering the soup. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 15 minutes for a cheesy variation.
