boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

honey

soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour the honey and soy sauce (or teriyaki sauce) over the chicken, coating evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken with two forks in the sauce and stir to coat.
Serve hot over rice, in wraps, or as sandwiches.
Notes
Add garlic or ginger for extra flavor. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Use coconut aminos for gluten-free option.
