Instructions
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion soup mix, and garlic.
Shape mixture into patties.
Brown patties in a skillet (optional).
Place patties in slow cooker.
Whisk together flour, cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, water, thyme, and rosemary.
Pour gravy over patties.
Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.
Notes
Optional: Brown patties before slow cooking for extra flavor. Add mushrooms or onions for more depth.
