Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion soup mix, and garlic.
  • Shape mixture into patties.
  • Brown patties in a skillet (optional).
  • Place patties in slow cooker.
  • Whisk together flour, cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, water, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Pour gravy over patties.
  • Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.

Notes

Optional: Brown patties before slow cooking for extra flavor. Add mushrooms or onions for more depth.
