Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

honey
1/4
cup
soy sauce

cloves
garlic, minced

fresh ginger, optional

tbsp
cornstarch, optional for thickening
1
tbsp
water, optional for thickening
Instructions
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger if using.
Pour mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
Optional: Remove chicken, thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry on the stove, then pour back over chicken.
Serve over steamed rice or noodles with vegetables, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Optional: Add ginger for extra flavor. Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry if desired.
