Instructions
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, covering evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
Stir gently before serving.
Notes
