Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  • Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, covering evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
  • Stir gently before serving.
