Instructions
Bring water to a gentle simmer in a small pot.
Add whole cloves and ginger, then steep for 10–12 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup and stir in honey.
Add a slice of lemon and enjoy warm.
Notes
Steeping whole cloves allows the beneficial oils to release gradually.
