Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.

Notes
