Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker in a single layer.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until tender.
Stir gently before serving and spoon sauce over the top.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, remove the chicken and simmer the sauce until reduced. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for extra flavor.
