beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into bite-size pieces

condensed cream of mushroom soup

creamy Italian dressing
Instructions
Place the beef tips in the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of mushroom soup and creamy Italian dressing until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the beef and stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the beef is tender and the sauce is thick and creamy.
Stir well before serving and season with salt and pepper if needed.
Notes
For extra richness, stir in 2–3 tablespoons sour cream before serving. Add sliced mushrooms or onions for variation.
