Instructions
Rinse and clean the chicken gizzards thoroughly, removing any tough membranes.
Place the gizzards in a pot with water or broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 45 minutes until tender.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the tender gizzards to the skillet, season with paprika and cayenne, and sauté for 5–7 minutes.
Serve warm with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
