Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1–1½ pounds total)
  • 1 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed

Instructions

  • Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Place pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  • Stir cream of mushroom soup to loosen and pour over pork chops.
  • Scatter cubed cream cheese over the top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
  • Stir gravy well 20–30 minutes before serving until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Stir sauce 20–30 minutes before serving to fully melt cream cheese. Add broth for thinner gravy if desired.
