boneless pork chops (about 1–1½ pounds total)

10.5-ounce can
condensed cream of mushroom soup

ounces
cream cheese, softened and cubed
Instructions
Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
Place pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Stir cream of mushroom soup to loosen and pour over pork chops.
Scatter cubed cream cheese over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
Stir gravy well 20–30 minutes before serving until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Stir sauce 20–30 minutes before serving to fully melt cream cheese. Add broth for thinner gravy if desired.
