Instructions
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker in an even layer.
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
Spoon sauce over chicken before serving. Optional: simmer sauce on stovetop to thicken.
Notes
For thicker sauce, simmer on stovetop after cooking or add a cornstarch slurry. Chicken must reach 165°F internally.
