Ingredients

  • 2-2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker in an even layer.
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  • Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken before serving. Optional: simmer sauce on stovetop to thicken.

Notes

For thicker sauce, simmer on stovetop after cooking or add a cornstarch slurry. Chicken must reach 165°F internally.
