Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda, room temperature

Instructions

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker insert.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon cake mix and instant lemon pudding mix until evenly combined.
  • Pour in the room temperature lemon-lime soda and gently stir just until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the greased slow cooker and spread evenly.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 2½ hours or LOW for 3½ to 4 hours, until the center is set.
  • Let the cake rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Use room temperature soda for best texture. Avoid lifting the lid while cooking to maintain even heat.
