lemon-lime soda, room temperature
Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker insert.
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon cake mix and instant lemon pudding mix until evenly combined.
Pour in the room temperature lemon-lime soda and gently stir just until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the greased slow cooker and spread evenly.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 2½ hours or LOW for 3½ to 4 hours, until the center is set.
Let the cake rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Use room temperature soda for best texture. Avoid lifting the lid while cooking to maintain even heat.
