Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour sauce over the chicken.
  • Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
  • Optionally shred chicken and return to sauce.
  • Serve over your favorite side dish.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Optional garnish: fresh parsley or chives.
