Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk (whole milk for richest texture)
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: mini marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate shavings

Instructions

  • Grease slow cooker with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Whisk sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch until smooth.
  • Gradually whisk in milk until mixture is smooth.
  • Pour mixture into slow cooker and cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours, stirring every 45–60 minutes.
  • Stir in vanilla extract once pudding is thickened.
