Instructions
Grease slow cooker with butter or non-stick spray.
Whisk sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch until smooth.
Gradually whisk in milk until mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into slow cooker and cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours, stirring every 45–60 minutes.
Stir in vanilla extract once pudding is thickened.
Serve warm with optional toppings.
