pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

stuffing mix (about 6 oz)

can
cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

chicken broth or water
to taste
salt & pepper

butter pats

fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or butter.
Place pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spoon cream of chicken soup evenly over the pork chops.
Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the soup-covered pork chops.
Pour chicken broth or water over the stuffing, moisten without stirring.
Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Fluff stuffing with a fork and serve pork chops on top, garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. Optional herbs and cheese can enhance flavor.
