Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 box stuffing mix (about 6 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1.5-2 cups chicken broth or water
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • optional butter pats
  • optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or butter.
  • Place pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Spoon cream of chicken soup evenly over the pork chops.
  • Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the soup-covered pork chops.
  • Pour chicken broth or water over the stuffing, moisten without stirring.
  • Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  • Fluff stuffing with a fork and serve pork chops on top, garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. Optional herbs and cheese can enhance flavor.
