brown gravy seasoning mix

beef or chicken broth
Instructions
Pat pork chops dry and lay them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle brown gravy seasoning evenly over the pork chops.
Pour broth over chops and seasoning, dissolving the mix.
Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until tender.
Optional: Stir in cornstarch slurry 10–15 minutes before end to thicken gravy.
Serve chops with gravy over mashed potatoes, noodles, or vegetables.
Notes
Optional: Add onions, mushrooms, or herbs for extra flavor. Thicken gravy with cornstarch slurry if desired.
