Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 packet brown gravy seasoning mix
  • 1½–2 cups beef or chicken broth

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry and lay them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle brown gravy seasoning evenly over the pork chops.
  • Pour broth over chops and seasoning, dissolving the mix.
  • Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until tender.
  • Optional: Stir in cornstarch slurry 10–15 minutes before end to thicken gravy.
  • Serve chops with gravy over mashed potatoes, noodles, or vegetables.

Notes

Optional: Add onions, mushrooms, or herbs for extra flavor. Thicken gravy with cornstarch slurry if desired.
