small red or yellow potatoes, washed and cut into bite-size pieces

bottled ranch dressing

unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
(Optional) Grease the inside of your slow cooker with a bit of butter or spray.
Add the washed, chopped potatoes to the slow cooker.
Pour the bottled ranch dressing evenly over the potatoes.
Scatter the small pieces of butter over the top.
Gently stir to coat the potatoes with the ranch dressing and butter.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until fork-tender.
Give a final stir and taste — season with salt and pepper if needed.
Notes
Perfect for pairing with roast chicken, pork, or meatloaf. Try adding cheese or bacon for variations.
