Ingredients

  • 3 lb small red or yellow potatoes, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1.5 cups bottled ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  • (Optional) Grease the inside of your slow cooker with a bit of butter or spray.
  • Add the washed, chopped potatoes to the slow cooker.
  • Pour the bottled ranch dressing evenly over the potatoes.
  • Scatter the small pieces of butter over the top.
  • Gently stir to coat the potatoes with the ranch dressing and butter.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until fork-tender.
  • Give a final stir and taste — season with salt and pepper if needed.

Notes

Perfect for pairing with roast chicken, pork, or meatloaf. Try adding cheese or bacon for variations.
