Instructions
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Grease the slow cooker and pour in half of the batter.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter, and drizzle melted butter.
Spread remaining batter over cinnamon layer carefully.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2½–3 hours, checking doneness with a toothpick.
Let cake rest 15 minutes before serving.
Optional: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze and drizzle over warm slices.
Notes
Serve warm with coffee, tea, or a scoop of ice cream. Add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
