Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1–1½ lb)
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes (halved if large)
  • 1 cup bottled ranch dressing
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Lightly spray or grease the inside of the slow cooker.
  • Place the baby potatoes evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  • Pour the ranch dressing evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until pork is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  • Stir gently before serving so the ranch sauce coats everything evenly.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced onions or carrots. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top during the last 10–15 minutes for a cheesy variation.
