Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 jar salsa (16 oz)

Instructions

  • Place the raw chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  • Pour the salsa over the chicken so it's mostly covered.
  • Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken shreds easily.
  • Remove chicken, shred with forks, return to the slow cooker, and stir into the sauce.
  • Serve in taco shells or tortillas with desired toppings.

Notes

Perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a crowd. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
