Equipment

  • 5–6 quart slow cooker
  • measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 5–6 quart slow cooker with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Spread the cherry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the dry white cake mix evenly over the cherries without stirring.
  • Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the cake mix.
  • Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top, covering as much dry mix as possible.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours until cherries bubble and the top is set and lightly golden.

Notes

Do not stir the layers. Ensure melted butter covers most of the dry cake mix to avoid powdery spots. Cooking times may vary by slow cooker model.
