cream of mushroom soup

shredded cheddar cheese

milk

Instructions
Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Place diced potatoes evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spread the cooked meat and onion mixture over the potatoes.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Pour evenly over the layered ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top 15-20 minutes before serving. Cover and allow cheese to melt.
Notes
For extra creaminess, stir in sour cream before serving. You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
