pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

pineapple slices with juice (1 can)

soy sauce

brown sugar (optional)
to taste
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
garlic powder
Instructions
Lightly season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
Place pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Arrange pineapple slices on top and around the pork chops, including the juice.
Pour soy sauce over the pork and pineapple. Sprinkle brown sugar on top if using.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until pork is tender.
Serve pork chops with pineapple and spoon sauce over the top.
Notes
Use reduced-sodium soy sauce if preferred. Thicken sauce with a cornstarch slurry during the last 15 minutes on HIGH for a richer glaze.
