Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 20 oz pineapple slices with juice (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste garlic powder

Instructions

  • Lightly season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
  • Place pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  • Arrange pineapple slices on top and around the pork chops, including the juice.
  • Pour soy sauce over the pork and pineapple. Sprinkle brown sugar on top if using.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until pork is tender.
  • Serve pork chops with pineapple and spoon sauce over the top.

Notes

Use reduced-sodium soy sauce if preferred. Thicken sauce with a cornstarch slurry during the last 15 minutes on HIGH for a richer glaze.
