Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment.
Whisk flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add oil, coffee, honey, egg, orange juice, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool in pan 5 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve with powdered sugar, butter, or a light drizzle of honey.
