beef stew meat or beef tips

russet potatoes, cut into big chunks

10.5 oz cans
condensed beefy or golden mushroom soup

packet
dry brown gravy mix
Instructions
Place potato chunks in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add beef evenly on top of the potatoes.
In a bowl, mix condensed soup and dry brown gravy mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly over the beef and potatoes. Do not add water.
Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
Gently stir and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, cook on LOW for 7–8 hours. Cut potatoes into large chunks to prevent overcooking. No water is needed.
