Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops

  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  • Place the pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2½–3 hours until pork is tender.

Notes

For thicker sauce, transfer cooking liquid to a saucepan and simmer until reduced. Best made with bone-in pork chops for maximum tenderness.
