Instructions
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic until smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2½–3 hours until pork is tender.
Serve hot with sauce spooned over the top.
Notes
For thicker sauce, transfer cooking liquid to a saucepan and simmer until reduced. Best made with bone-in pork chops for maximum tenderness.
