Instructions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them completely dry.
Rub each potato with olive oil or melted butter, then season generously with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or herbs.
Wrap each seasoned potato individually in heavy-duty foil, sealing tightly.
Place the foil-wrapped potatoes in a single layer inside the slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until a fork slides easily into the center.
Carefully unwrap the potatoes and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Choose similar-sized potatoes for even cooking. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
