cream of mushroom soup

cream of chicken soup

sour cream

milk or heavy cream
to taste

garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika
Instructions
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Place pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Spoon sauce over pork chops before serving. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Notes
For thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry during the final 15 minutes. Add cheese or herbs for extra flavor if desired.
