Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • optional garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  • Place pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until pork chops are tender and cooked through.
  • Spoon sauce over pork chops before serving. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

Notes

For thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry during the final 15 minutes. Add cheese or herbs for extra flavor if desired.
