Instructions
Bake puff pastry sheets at 400°F until golden.
Warm milk gently without boiling.
Whisk sugar, flour, and egg yolks until smooth.
Slowly combine milk with egg mixture, then cook until thick.
Stir in vanilla and rum, then cool completely.
Whip cream and fold into cooled custard.
Layer pastry and custard, chill, and dust with sugar.
