shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in jalapeños, half the cheddar, and half the mozzarella.
Add cooked beef and mix everything together.
Spread mixture into baking dish.
Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding or removing jalapeño seeds.
