Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz diced jalapeños, drained
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in jalapeños, half the cheddar, and half the mozzarella.
  • Add cooked beef and mix everything together.
  • Spread mixture into baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by adding or removing jalapeño seeds.
