mushrooms, sliced

small onion, chopped

garlic, minced

all-purpose flour

beef broth
Instructions
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Shape into four oval patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add butter to the same skillet. Cook mushrooms and onion until tender, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir. Gradually whisk in beef broth and simmer until thickened.
Return patties to the skillet and simmer in gravy for 2–3 minutes. Add cream if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of cream at the end. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
