Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft and translucent.
Transfer mixture to slow cooker. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, paste, wine, sugar, and seasonings.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Cook spaghetti separately until al dente. Drain and stir into sauce 30 minutes before serving.
Let rest 10 minutes, then serve hot.
Notes
Cook pasta separately for best texture. Optional red wine adds depth but can be omitted.
