condensed cream of mushroom soup

condensed tomato soup or diced tomatoes

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

shredded cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Layer sliced potatoes evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spread cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
Pour cream of mushroom soup and tomato soup over the layers.
Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Add shredded cheese during the last 20 minutes and allow it to melt.
Notes
Optional herbs and vegetables allow easy customization.
