shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Divide dough into rolls. Fold or stuff with shredded cheddar cheese.
Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden.
Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
Notes
For extra cheesy rolls, fold cheese inside and sprinkle more on top. Best served warm.
