Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion and herb seasoning, and minced onions. Cook for about 5 minutes until onions soften.
In a large baking dish, combine the beef mixture with baked beans, chopped onions, and green bell pepper.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover and bake for 30 minutes until beans are bubbling and peppers are tender.
Remove from oven, let rest a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Great for cookouts, potlucks, and make-ahead meals. Let rest a few minutes before serving for best texture.
