Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over both sides.
Cut tortillas into strips or festive shapes.
Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Watch closely.
Cool completely to allow crisps to firm up.
