Instructions
Preheat oven or grill to 350°F (175°C). Mix onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Season chicken tenders evenly with the spice mixture, rubbing gently to coat all sides.
Wrap one strip of bacon tightly around each chicken tender and press the ends to secure.
Mix brown sugar and chili powder. Sprinkle evenly over the bacon-wrapped chicken, pressing lightly so it sticks.
Arrange on a baking sheet or grill grate and cook for 25–30 minutes until bacon is crisp and chicken is fully cooked.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Use regular-cut bacon for best results. Check doneness with a thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F.
