  • 10 strips bacon
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Arrange on a baking sheet or grill grate and cook for 25–30 minutes until bacon is crisp and chicken is fully cooked.

Notes

Use regular-cut bacon for best results. Check doneness with a thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F.
