Instructions
Whisk together cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, water or broth, garlic powder, and onion powder in the slow cooker until smooth.
Place chicken breasts into the slow cooker and turn them in the sauce to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
Gently stir the gravy and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or pasta.
Notes
For extra richness, stir in cream or butter at the end. Add vegetables for more texture and color.
