Ingredients

  • 6 oz raspberry or cranberry-flavored Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • to taste chopped pecans or walnuts
  • to taste fresh cranberries
  • optional extra whipped cream

Instructions

  • Dissolve the Jello in boiling water and pour into a 9x9-inch dish. Chill until firm.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the set Jello layer.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts, fresh cranberries, or extra whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Chill the Jello layer for 2–3 hours before adding the cream cheese topping. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour after assembly before serving.
