Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple juice or water
  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup Strawberry juice or water
  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Coconut milk (optional)
  • 1 tsp Lime juice (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp Rum, vodka, or tequila (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and sweetener until smooth and slushy. Pour into a separate pitcher.
  • Rinse blender. Blend frozen strawberries, strawberry juice, and sweetener until smooth.
  • Fill glasses halfway with pineapple mixture, then top with strawberry mixture.
  • Gently swirl with a spoon or straw to create a marbled effect.
  • Garnish with fresh fruit or mint and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Leftovers can be frozen in popsicle molds.
