Instructions
Blend frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and sweetener until smooth and slushy. Pour into a separate pitcher.
Rinse blender. Blend frozen strawberries, strawberry juice, and sweetener until smooth.
Fill glasses halfway with pineapple mixture, then top with strawberry mixture.
Gently swirl with a spoon or straw to create a marbled effect.
Garnish with fresh fruit or mint and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Leftovers can be frozen in popsicle molds.
