Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Crumble cornbread and dice onion and celery.
Combine cornbread, onion, celery, and poultry seasoning in a large bowl.
Gradually stir in chicken broth until mixture is moistened.
Grease a baking dish, transfer mixture, and smooth top.
Bake 30–35 minutes until top is lightly golden and center is heated through.
Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
Use slightly stale cornbread for best texture. Add melted butter or chopped hard-boiled eggs for richness.
